Council Meetings

HSGSA Council meetings occur regularly in the third week of each month at the Bannatyne Campus. Representatives are elected by their respective departments at the beginning of each academic year and will be notified by email. Everyone is welcome to our open HSGSA council meetings. Departmental Grants

Each department can obtain money from the GSA to offer services for their graduate students. The allocation is calculated by per-head fees for full-time and part-time students.

Each departmental representative needs to fill out the grant application twice a year in order to get the money for the department. Attendance at most of the Council Meetings as well as participation in different committees are requirements for the disbursement.
